Shipping Policy

All orders are processed as soon as the funds are received. PayPal, Stripe or another payment method usually takes less than 24h to process the transactions.

When the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be ready in 2-5 business days. After this, delivery times will apply accordingly:


Express delivery times provided by our carrier (DHL or FedEx):

National (Portugal):
2 day
Up to 2-5 working days
Rest of the World:
Up to 2-8 working days


Normal delivery times provided by our carrier:

National (Portugal):
3 day
Up to 5-8 working days
Rest of the World:
Up to 10-15 working days


Note that these timings are given by our carrier and we do not assume any delays originated by their operation.

Outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.


In case of any incorrect delivery address, our carrier is unable to complete the delivery and the shipments will be returned to our warehouse.
